This project is an urban renovation project in the Nanguan Road area (Nanguan Road Urban Complex Project) constructed by Shaanxi Qinjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It is located between Jing'er Road Primary School and Yandiyuan Park in Weibin District, Baoji City, on both sides of Nanguan Road and north of Jing'er Road. The land is divided into four parts: residential land of 35917.13 square meters (53.88 acres), commercial land of 5684.46 square meters (8.53 acres), market land of 3123.85 square meters (4.69 acres), and kindergarten land of 2989.18 square meters (4.48 acres).
宝鸡南关路城市综合体项目为陕西秦佳房地产开发有限公司建设的南关路片区城市改造项目（南关路城市综合体项目），项目位于宝鸡市渭滨区经二路小学与炎帝园公园之间,南关路两侧，经二路以北。用地分为四块，住宅用地35917.13平方米（53.88亩），商业用地5684.46平方米（8.53亩），市场用地3123.85平方米（4.69亩），幼儿园用地2989.18平方米（4.48亩）。
