status preliminary design
The project site is located in the Xishan Health and Leisure Industry Belt in Hangzhou, with a regional planning of "one center, three points, and one belt and two areas". The current height difference inside the site is about 20m, and the transition is relatively gentle. It can be transformed into a uniformly changing stepped terrace. The south side of the site is closely connected to the Phase I headquarters building, echoing and closely linked in terms of functional use and architectural form.
This design utilizes Qushui Mountain to create: TARGET 01 Scientific and Efficient Modern Industrial Park, TARGET 02 Garden style New Industrial Park, classic and timeless college style, TARGET 03 office park full of corporate spirit, social benefits, and humanistic care.

项目用地位于杭州西山健康休闲产业带，区域规划形成“一心三点，一带两片区”。场地内部现状高差约20m，过度较为平缓，可改造为均匀变化的阶梯台地。场地南侧与一期总部大楼紧密相连，从使用功能以及建筑形式上与之相呼应，紧密联系。
本次设计运用曲水流山致力打造：TARGET 01科学高效现代化产业园、TARGET 02园林式新型产业园，经典隽永的学院风、TARGET 03富有企业精神、社会效益及人文关怀的办公园区。
