The new university complex is located at the mountain range south of Xian. e complex is mainly defned by a masterplan characterized by several green axes that allow the complex to be integrated with the surrounding natural spaces. e new university complex is designed to accommodate more than 2000 students and is characterized by classrooms dedicated to teaching art, architecture and economics. The central space of the masterplan is defened by a large square overlooked by the auditorium and library. To the north, on the other hand, there are student dormitories and sports areas.e entire complexalsooverlooksanewsportsandentertainmentcomplexlocatedabovetheroofofthebuildingexhibitioncenter.
