The new museum space dedicated to the concubine YanGguiFei, is located in the mountainous areas north of Xi'an. The project site is characterized by signig cant dierences in ground level which create great complexity in the design phase.
The problem was solved by laying and adapting the museum complex to the dierent levels of land, creating terraces and architectural spaces that follow the harmonious shapes of the land. The project is integrated with the existing pavilions and integrates with the surrounding natural spaces.The entire complex also overlooks a new sports and entertainment complex located above the roof of the building exhibition center.

杨贵妃博物馆新馆位于陕西省兴平市，本次设计关注新与老之间的环境关系，通过场地的横向生长，保留了原始场地层层退台的结构，依托现有地形的四阶台地，横向形成新的空间秩序，拉近新老建筑之间的联系，行人可以在新与老之间来回穿梭，同一片天空下新老的对话产生奇妙的空间情感。新的二期建筑大部分匍匐于曲面的屋盖之下，以一种尊重的姿态回应一期的遗址，同时又进行了创新。设计提取唐风建筑的典型设计元素——深远的挑檐、朱红色的立柱、在建筑形象上隐喻唐风古韵，让游客在行进过程中不断回想起盛唐景象。新旧结合的手法既体现了地域性，又具有一定的时代感，打造一个沉浸式唐文化体验艺术“公园”。
