Meixian Grand Theater is located in the north of Meixian County, beside Pingyang Lake, and at the end of the new north-south urban axis. Facing Pingyang Pavilion across the lake, the Grand Theater is an important ecological and cultural center of Meixian County in the future with beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation.The total land area proposed for this project is 27300㎡. The terrain of the site is high in the south and low in the north. The ground elevation of the site is 487.57-490.55m. There is an elevation difference of about 3m from north to south in the site.The project relies on the design concept of “inheriting the past and opening the present”, inherits the traditional culture of Meixian County, and creates a new “urban culture hall” of Meixian County. Deeply explore the unique “landscape culture” and “bronze culture” of Meixian County, and endow the design of the Grand Theater with the cultural attributes of the Grand Theater to form a cultural and tourism industry center with a strong cultural attribute that integrates comprehensive performance, urban landscape, cultural tourism and public leisure, so as to promote economic development and enrich people’s spiritual life.
