The new hi-tech complex located in the city of changzhi near the airport area,represents one of the new innovative centers of the city.The whole complex is equipped with different functions which combined together-er create an area where work and quality of life reach a high level of integration.The project is characterized by a central public space to which five office spacesare connected through a five meter high platform that allows you to move easilybetween the work spaces.The platform also allows access to the hotel, the conference space and the faircenter. On the northern side, on the other hand, there are 5 residential complexesconnected with commercial spaces and a series of small gardens with sportsspaces for residents and workers.The entire complex is also unified through a series of public squares connectedwith linear green paths that lead workers to the office and commercial spaces.
长治高新数据湖文化产业园位于长治市高新区翟店工业园区，地块内规划建设大数据中心、企业总部、孵化基地、五星级酒店、会展中心、公寓及商业。在场地中央构建中心广场，再以城市道路为界面向中心广场做最近点连线，让城市与项目地块联系更加紧密，好似湖水，汇聚人气。基于四轴一心模式，总平面布局把功能分化为四大组团围绕中心广场及轴线布置，各组团建筑高低错落、各自独立又相互延绵，好似长治周边山脉一般总体规划以建筑语言回应“数据湖”概念：平台之下是为“湖”，汇聚人气。有中心广场，公共空间，各类商业空间。平台是为“桥”，引导人流，设计景观绿化，为人们提供休息空间。平台之上是为“山”，形成各类商业空间。整体设计从外向内，从小到大的形成有山有湖的生态办公之城。
